    Elf cosmetics (eyeslipsface.com) has super cheap and really good makeup. Shipping here in the US is about $8 per order, I don’t know if they ship to canada but its worth checking out. If you have any K-Mart stores, they carry the brand.

    I don’t know about clothing, I usually just buy what’s on sale at express, target, kohls, macys, and some other stores I like. Good luck.
