How to Eliminate Acne: Fast, Quick, Natural Solutions

 Powered by Max Banner Ads

You can eliminate your acne, and reduce the amount of pimples and outbreaks that you have, no matter how old you are. From the time that I was 13, until the time that I was 36, I suffered from severe acne. I had acne all over my face; and I also had blackheads all over my back. I went to the dermatologist; but he provided little help. All of the topical solutions, including Retina-A, only irritated my skin more. Everyone kept telling me that my acne would disappear once I got older. This was partially true; but although I had less bumps as I aged, the number of blemishes and spots on my face increased. Frustrated by years of acne, I decided to seek an all-natural solution to my bumps and blemishes. I had been a customer of Proactiv and Natures Cure for years, and of course they both worked for 1 month or so and then did nothing for the next three months. It seemed as though my acne learned to adapt. But, dont be dismayed. Your story does not have to be the same as mine. Acne can be eliminated for good. Before I give some solutions, lets discuss what acne is and where it comes from.

What Are Acne, Pimples, Blackheads, and Whiteheads? Where Does Acne Come From?

Believe it or not, acne appears when your skin pores become blocked with sebum or excessive oil. This oil, which normally drains to the surface of the skin, becomes trapped. As a result, bacteria begin to grow, causing whiteheads, blackheads, cysts, or papules. When the trapped sebum and bacteria stay below your skin, you will get a whitehead. Whiteheads are those ugly, white bubbles that you are dying to bust. A blackhead, however, develops when the trapped sebum and bacteria partially open to your skins surface. The spot turns black because your skin’s pigment, melanin, reacts with the oxygen in the air to create a black, crusty bump. But what you most likely deal with is pimples. Contrary to popular belief, facial blemishes are not caused by dirt. Pores do not get blocked from the top down due to “impurities”. Rather, the walls of a pore stick together deep within the skin, starting acne formation. The key to eliminating acne is cleaning your pores and using a solution that purifies and penetrates your skin.

A pimple develops where there is a break in you skins follicular wall. Yep, it is an ugly mess. But, you can get rid of them.

How can I eliminate my acne, blemishes, pimples, and blackheads?

You need to clean your pores. By exfoliating the outside layer of your skin with a gentle exfoliating cleanser, you can remove excess dirt, oils, skin and bacteria that could be clogged beneath the skins surface. If this stuff is not removed, your pores will get clogged; and if your pores get clogged, acne appears.

Avoid alcohol, acids, and chemical solutions. Your skin needs to train itself to balance sebum and oil and naturally fight bacteria. Alcohols, salicylic acid, Retina-A, and benzoyl peroxide, actually dry your skin. They take moisture from your skin and disrupt your skins ability to naturally balance sebum. And, although moisture is the last thing you think you need when you have an oily face, you need it. Moisture actually protects your face from oncoming free radicals flying in the air at your pores. Also, chemical solutions and acids impair your skin from naturally fighting bacteria. Your skin begins to rely on something unnatural to fight something that naturally occurs. But, nature overpowers nurture in this case. Just like bug-eating plants learned to become immune to synthetic bug-killing fertilizers, acne-causing bacteria become immune to chemically created solutions. Why? Because chemical solutions are created to treat the type of bacteria they sought to treat that was in existence when the solutions were made. Unfortunately, bacteria are living organisms and they learn to mutate quickly. When mutation occurs, salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide fail.

What is the Best Way to Treat Acne?

Go all-natural. Essential oils, natural herbs, and natural nutrients are the best way to kill acne. Fight nature by using nature. Essential oils are higher powered and more effective than any acid or peroxide created in a lab or derived from some natural source. They are extremely potent and not harmful to your skin. Furthermore, they actually help to balance sebum without making your skin oily. The best product on the market that has essential oils and kills acne is Beauty 4 Ashes Acne Eliminating Facial Kit. The makers claim that this stuff works overnight; and I have to say, it really does. It exfoliates and cleans your skin brilliantly. This product is also packed with lots of skin healing ingredients, including Aloe Vera. In the two months that used it, my acne and scars literally disappeared. Best yet, in one year, my acne and blemishes have not returned and my pores have shrunk. Beauty 4 Ashes has several skin care products created to treat acne, but I recommend ordering their kit first to get a bit of everything. You can find it online at www.discoverb4a.com.

Also, consider taking flax oil on a regular basis. You need to keep your system clean. But, you dont need to spend tons of money on vitamins labeled natures cure. All you need to do is to flush your system of unnatural chemicals and preservatives that might be triggering your breakouts. You can buy flax oil anywhere. Check out Vitamin Shoppe or WalMart.

Healthcare Marketing: How to Promote your Cosmetic Surgery Practice With Little Time & Effort

Promoting your cosmetic surgery practice can seem like an overwhelming task. Why? You don’t just promote your medical practice you have to work for a living. You have to see patients, do the procedures and write your notes. You have to follow up on your patients, take care of complications, and deal with your staff. It’s a never-ending labor of love.

But there is a means of promotion that is often overlooked. It’s readily available, and is a fundamental part of any campaign to promote yourself and your practice. It’s the power of the testimonial!

Why you should use testimonials to promote your cosmetic surgery practice.

The whole point of promotion is to get your messages across to your customers explaining why they need your product or service. However, with everyone screaming, “Buy mine, buy mine” at the top of their lungs, it is often difficult to make yourself stand out.

That’s where use of this technique stands out and can be an absolute lifesaver for your practice!

Using testimonials is so underused, yet so valuable. You’ll likely kick yourself when you start using it. If used correctly, simple, short quotes can give a lot of credibility to your promotion and simultaneously boost your sales figures too.

Sure, anyone can insert a statement like,

“I just loved my chemical peel! It made my skin look like new. I’ll never get one from anyone else!-Sue, Arizona”.

Or how about the endorsement of, “I highly recommend that Dr. Dufus Bupkus. I’ve had others and he’s the best!-Ed, patient.”

But these statements don’t hold much weight. Do YOU believe them? Do they sway you to come to you as a doctor? No. And I’ll tell you why. Powerful testimonials have certain elements in common:

1. They are specific.

2. They are verifiable.

3. They are impressive.

Let’s look at these things in detail and I’ll explain what I mean.

1. They are specific

Endorsements and testimonials that are convincing are specific to the experience of the customer. Rather than just stating that the chemical peel made Sue’s skin look like new, this testimonial should say something about her experience.

“I had forgotten all about the upcoming wedding of my niece. I had 1 day to get ready and noticed my skin had lost it’s glow. I couldn’t see all those relatives with the way my skin looked.. I called 5 doctors and their staff laughed at me. I then called Dr. Lycka. I couldn’t believe the difference! He saw me right away and carefully listened to my problem. He then suggested a microdermabrasion and a javani treatment. I immediately looked and felt better. Then his esthetician put some Glo minerals makeup on me. All I can say is Thank you!! Your office really saved my day!”

Now that says a mouthful!

2. They are verifiable

Unfortunately, there are a lot of unscrupulous people. Many doctors will quickly create false testimonials and endorsements simply because they don’t have any real ones. The majority of consumers are quickly becoming aware of this tactic. That’s why it is so important to provide verifiable information with your accolades.

When listing a testimonial or endorsement in your ad, include some way the potential buyer can identify with your customer. This includes a name, an occupation and an age. These elements let the buyer know that they are free to verify the information given. They build a tremendous amount of trust and credibility.

3. They are impressive

How do you impress someone with a testimonial or endorsement? Easy! Give ones that are from impressive people.

Yes, it’s easy to impress buyers if a movie star endorses you. But what if your testimonials come from everyday people? That works, too. Simply include the title or status of the individual giving the endorsement. The trick here is to phrase the title in such a way that it means something to your target audience.

For example, if writing an ad for everyday folks, we could state the title of the person giving the testimonial as:

“Sue Smith, Mother of three”

Even those people who aren’t parents understand how much of your time children take up. This woman has three children. Even though Sue isn’t a widely known celebrity, her title brings its own air of impressiveness because of how it relates to the product or service.

I have no doubt you’re thinking right now: “How do I get my customers to write testimonials that follow these guidelines?”

Here’s how to get your customers to write effective testimonials:

When you ask for a testimonial, specify what your needs are. I often state my requests this way,

“Since you’re pleased with my service, I’d like to ask if you would be willing to provide a testimonial. I’d love to let my prospective customers know about how the product helped you.

Now the client knows precisely what I’m looking for.

Most patients are looking for validation and justification prior to making a purchase. Providing them with proof that your service is well liked by their peers is an excellent way to give your ads credibility and increase your sales.

Be an Expert

In order to make it in todays business world you have to become an expert in whatever it is you are selling. One of my friends, Craig S., said to me a few weeks ago Jeff first you are selling computer parts, then software and now movies and each time no matter what you are dealing with you know everything about that product, How do you do that? If you are dealing in cosmetics or bathroom accessories or whatever you must learn everything there is to know about your products, you have to become an expert. Sales is about educating people, you have to educate your customers in the products you are selling.

About 10 years ago I had bought a lot of software that Microsoft had donated to a charity. This software was older versions of Microsoft Office, MS Works, MS Windows, etc..At first nobody wanted this product they all wanted only the latest and greatest. I then called Microsoft to find out what could be done with this older software. I learned that within 90 days of the date of purchase that the End User could get a free upgrade to the latest and greatest. The only cost would be Shipping with Airborne Express which is overnight shipping I then had to educate my customersabout what I had found out. I launched a big dvefrtising campaign on TV, Radio and newspapers offering MS Office for $199, the MSRP was $799. When someone called or came in I told them this was an older version but if you take your receipt and fax it to Microsoft you will be overnighted a FREE upgrade for the cost of shipping. This was like making an extra $600. I then sold thousand of this older MS Product retail plus over

10,000 were sold wholesale.

I originally bought the MS Office, version 1.6, for only $15 each. I was selling them for $65 wholesale and $199 retail but I showed my wholesale customers where they were saving almost $400 Dealer cost from distribution was almost $500 and I showed my retail customers where waiting a day for an upgrade was saving them almost $600. MS Sen t me a nasty letter that year saying I cost them over $5 million in lost sales but the reality is I got them registered users who would buy upgrades and other products. Some of these customers would have endud up buying someone elses office suite because they didnt want to spend almost $800. I turned those people into MS Customers.

If you educate them the sales will be there You know all those junk emails you get? The ones that a lot of people are calling SPAM? I save all those emails because if the ad copy got my attention then its something I can use to get the attention of my customers and also I figure they have to be buying their products from somebody so why shouldnt it be me. A few years ago I tried to partner up

with somebody who at the time I thought was so much like me that wed compliment each other. I could cover his weakenesses and he would cover mine. Building on each others strengths.
